Searing fire and countless numbers of sparks
Burned them in their eyes, as they stood and watched the blaze
Anguished voices, echoed to vast distance
So holy were their intents, yet so ruthless were their tasks
Fat of their vile bodies shall melt in fire
There is no peace for the wicked until they are purged
Alongside busy paths corpses were found nailed to the trees
Lifeless limbs hanging down, incinerated, moving in the breeze
Cruel deeds committed by
Self-appointed inquisitors who are entirely consumed by zeal
Ye poor sinners, behold your doom
Your weak hearts, that's where the Devil dwells
You embraced the Evil, now embrace the flames
Your confessions are written, no matter if they're true
Ye poor sinners, behold your doom
Your weak hearts, that's where the Devil dwells
You embraced the Evil, now embrace the flames
Your confessions are written, no matter if they're true
Bonfires, hundreds of stakes rise like a forest before every city
Convicts in lines await their deaths
Without any restraints they execute the ones
Who didn't convert, to earn a place in paradise

Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann

Great album for sure. The vocals are really similar to Trha and if you listen and compare you'll notice that their riffs are also similar to Sargeist, but better at times. This album hits a sweet spot for me as I like my black metal raw and melodic. There are many albums in this style but this one is executed very well. Nice for blasting in the car 🎉 Fog's Kiss
